Turkey’s long standing well-known fashion brand Vakko meets the world’s oldest established and most active fashion school ESMOD in Istanbul, to create the future of the fashion industry in Turkey.
Established in 1841 in Paris, ESMOD is the world’s first fashion school. ESMOD brings to life its unique outlook on education that has helped it pioneer the fashion and textile industries worldwide, encouraging creativity while keeping business considerations in mind.
The Fashion Design education that has been applied at ESMOD schools worldwide for 178 years is applied exactly with the guidance of international instructors with 15+ years of professional industry experience.
After completing their third year, students have the opportunity of an invitation to Master’s program at ESMOD Paris.
Vakko ESMOD Fashion Academy works closely with the industry, aiming to introduce its students to the fashion world from day one. Projects in the are applied in collaboration with leading industry brands, ensuring that students receive professional feedback on their work.
Students have access to the extensive archive of the Vitali Hakko Creative Industries Library, as well as having the privilege of getting to know the ready-to-wear production industry up close at Vakko Production Center.
